Terms and Conditions for Using the Lounge

• Please show your ID card to the branch staff to register for the privilege before using the service every time.
• Privilege is only for cardholders with Active status, also spending at least one transaction within previous month via AEON Credit Card used for registration.
• Special privilege for cardholders of AEON Credit Cards :
  - AEON Royal Orchid Plus World MasterCard
  - AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum Card
  - AEON Gold Card
  - AEON Wellness Platinum Card
  - AEON J-Premier Platinum Card
  - AEON Union Pay Platinum Card
  - AEON NextGen Digital Credit Card
  - AEON Primo Digital Credit Card
• Primary cardholders may use ÆON LOUNGE no more than 4 times / month and no more than 1:30 hours per access*.
• Supplementary cardholders may use ÆON LOUNGE no more than 2 times / month and no more than 1:30 hours per access*
  * Privilege of ÆON LOUNGE per one person only.
  * Cardholders with ÆON Gold Card issued in Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Cambodia may also use ÆON LOUNGE.
  * Supplementary cardholders required to spend at least one transaction within previous month via their supplementary card only: spending is excluded from the primary one.
• Cardholders may bring up to 1 guest or 2 children under 100 cm. to enjoy ÆON LOUNGE each time.
• In case of cardholders and/or guest use ÆON LOUNGE more than 1:30 hours and prefer to use ÆON LOUNGE again within the same day, cardholders and/or guests must contact our staff in order to register for using ÆON LOUNGE as automatically one more time.
• Please turn off the mobile phone sound and Please do not make much noise/ tutoring / meetings and teaching to avoid disturbing other members.
• Please refrain from using your mobile phones and keep the noise level down, so other members using ÆON LOUNGE will not be disturbed.
• Food and beverage from outside is prohibited in ÆON LOUNGE premise, and the complimentary refreshments provided in ÆON LOUNGE can be enjoyed within the premise only.
• Snacks and drinks are limited to 1 set per person or until supplies last.
• We reserve the right not to store items and are not responsible for any lost items during the use of the lounge.
• Pets are not allowed in the lounge area.
• We reserve the right to cancel the service if it is found that the user does not comply with the specified conditions.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of service as appropriate, taking into account the best interests of the members who are entitled to use the service.
• Use only as necessary and repay in full as scheduled, so as not to incur 16% interest per year.
